Meet Your Instructor
Kare is a 200 hour insured yoga teaching professional. She received her yoga teaching certification in Chicago in 2018. Her yoga style is Vinyasa flow: yoga poses with movement and music. While residing in Chicago she worked for Elevated Living (2018-2024) teaching approximately 6 yoga classes per week. In addition, she has several private clients she works with to achieve their fitness goals.
Her classes include stretching, yoga poses, breathwork and relaxation meditation. Kare is a member of Yoga Alliance and incorporates yoga into her daily lifestyle. She has been practicing various forms of yoga for over 15 years. Kare's new class is an acupressure facial exercise class with breathwork---an inspiration from a workshop she attended on healthy facial skin.
You will leave her class feeling refreshed, relaxed and "ready"!!!
